HOW PAYMENTS WORK.
Deposit
Payable once your written quotation has been issued. It confirms your project and opens your build timeline.
Pre-installation payment
Payable before manufacture is released for installation, as set out in your quotation.
Completion balance
Payable on handover, after the final walkround of your finished garden room.
Amounts are taken only against your issued written quotation and include VAT at the rate shown on it. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details. You will receive a confirmation email for every payment received.
